TMS offers programs throughout the year on cutting edge topics related to mediation, skills development and the nuts and bolts of building a thriving mediation practice. These programs are presented by national mediation leaders and TMS members. Many of these programs provide MCLE credit at no cost to TMS members.

TMS also offers several dinners each year including an annual program celebrating the work of Martin Luther King, Jr. with speakers on topics of interest to the mediation community as well as a program awarding the TMS Award to a mediator who has made an outstanding contribution to the field of mediation.
