Elizabeth Tippin

Elizabeth A. Tippin is recognized as an expert on construction law and dispute resolution. With roughly thirty years of experience as an attorney, she has provided private general counsel legal services to design professionals, contractors and owners. As a neutral, she has resolved over 1000 disputes as an Arbitrator, Mediator, and Dispute Resolution Board Member. She was an Administrative Law Judge for the State of California Office of Administrative Hearings for five years. She is a member of numerous ADR Panels, including the American Arbitration Association, Commercial and Construction Panels.
