Patricia has mediated over 500 business and employment disputes. This includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour individual, class and PAGA actions.

She mediates a variety of business disputes, including partnership dissolution; intellectual property disputes; business torts; and breach of contract cases. Patricia also works with families to resolve trust and estate disputes.

In addition to resolving litigated cases, Patricia also provides internal workplace conflict resolution services for key employees and management to resolve disputes, to realign business goals, and to strengthen organizations.

Prior to becoming a full-time mediator, she was a business litigator, handling intellectual property, employment, business tort and partnership disputes in state and federal courts.

Patricia is recognized as a distinguished fellow with the International Academy of Mediators and was awarded Mediator of the Year in 2021 by The Mediation Society.

Patricia is fluent in Spanish and is often retained to mediate cases with Spanish-speaking parties or cross-cultural issues.
