Ken Korea

Ken has more than 30 years of experience as an intellectual property litigator, a technology transactions attorney, inhouse counsel and now a full-time arbitrator and mediator. He serves as an arbitrator on numerous domestic and international arbitration panels such as ICDR, ICC, AAA, CPR, FINRA and SIAC and serves as a mediator on federal, state and private mediation panels including CAND, CACD, San Francisco Superior Court, AAA and ICDR. Ken has been appointed more than 180 times as an arbitrator and has handled more than 250 mediation cases. He served as a federal judicial law clerk and a federal prosecutor before entering private practice.
