Juliana Pisani

Juliana E. Pisani has been a trained neutral since 1996, successfully trying cases to verdict and settling contentious disputes both in and out of court. Juliana regularly serves on the Legal Panel for organizations such as the Small Property Owners of San Francisco Institute, the San Francisco Apartment Association, and the Professional Property Managers Association.

Before founding Justinian ADR, Juliana earned praise from her clients for efficiently resolving claims and disputes. She served as a mediator in the San Francisco Superior Housing Court. Juliana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Italian and Political Science from the University of California, Davis, a Juris Doctorate, and a certificate in European Union Law from Tulane University. Juliana has studied at the Università per Stranieri di Siena, the Ca' Foscari University of Venice, and the University of California, Berkeley in Paris. Additionally, she completed her Bachelor's Degree through the University of California's Washington D.C. Program while resolving Holocaust-related art claims at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of European Affairs.

Juliana is the President of the Italian American Bar Association “IABA” since 2021, on the IABA board since 2017; on the board of the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club Foundation since 2022; Chair of the École Notre Dame des Victoires Marché de Noël since 2016; former co-chair of the San Francisco Symphony’s Junior Committee; former President and Executive Adviser of the Napa County Women Lawyers; former Executive Committee of the Napa County Bar Association, former Legal Aid of Napa Valley Fundraising Committee, former Queen's Bench Development Committee, and former San Francisco Bar Association Barrister's Committee.   Juliana is a member of the Mediation Society and the Italian Chamber of Commerce.
