Gary Sanders

Based in the San Francisco area, Gary Sanders is a certified neutral specializing in civil and trust/estates disputes. He is privately hired as a mediator and arbitrator for litigated and non-litigated matters where business or personal relationships have fallen apart or are deteriorating.

Gary is on the ADR panels for the California Superior Courts in Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, San Mateo, Solano, and Sonoma counties.  In Contra Costa County, he is frequently assigned long-running cases by the Court as a Settlement Mentor. He is a member of the Mediation Panels for the California Assn. of Realtors and the San Francisco Bar Assn. He is a regular participant in the 'Day-of-Court' trial settlement program for the Superior Court in Alameda County.

In Alameda County, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the ADR Section of the County Bar Assn. and a member of the Judicial ADR Committee. He is a member of the ADR Executive Committee, part of the Litigation Section in the California Lawyers Assn. Plus, he is a member of Contra Costa County and San Francisco Bar Associations.

Gary received introductory and advanced mediation training through Steve Rosenberg Mediation and his Arbitration certificate through Ron Kelly.  He is an active member of the Kansas Bar.
