Update On Proposed Certification Program of ADR Practitioners

Come hear Dana Curtis, Paul Dubow, Ron Kelly and Mattie Robertson, TMS members and members of the State Bar's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Certification Working Group, discuss the Working Group's tentative proposals to implement the voluntary certification program of ADR practitioners and provider organizations mandated by Business and Professions Code section 6173.

The tentative proposals are open for public comment and this program will describe the recommendations and how to register your comments with the State Bar.
